How about all these cooking shows?
How about all the new food truck shows?
How about all the "diners and dive's" shows?

It's a revolution I tell ya! Everyone is a cook nowadays and everyone has a plan to start a gourmet food truck business. Smoked meat, poutine, outdoor pizza ovens, gourment burgers, gourmet fries, deep fried Snicker bars, cupcakes....gone are the days of the plain old chip truck.


And to top it off, people are flocking to their backyard to smoke and BBQ slow cook meat. The real enthusiasts are building massive outdoor pizza ovens and cooking on open fire brick ovens.

Seems like us Canadians are quickly becoming outdoor Chef's.

The food is getting great and we are getting fatter. Good trade off in my book....Mmmmmmmmmm
